Majority of Chardonnay, cuvée aged 4 years, very lemony flavor.
The Louis François cuvée was created in honor of the first winegrower of our family, Louis François LOURDEZ, born in 1843. The label represents the shape of the hills of the Marne valley.
An aperitif Champagne.
With its aromas of fresh almonds mixed with lemony notes, this cuvée goes very well with oysters, tartars and fish.
